Hi! I’m Mary. Over many years I’ve refined this suite of corporate communications change management templates and tools. Your organization, be it big or small, for-profit or for other purposes, can operate on par with any world-class organization by using these time-tested templates and tools. 

I’m a corporate communications change management consultant who is passionate about helping leaders and teams decode how to run an organization effectively, using communications planning tools as the foundation. Communication strategy is the thread that runs through absolutely every part of the machine. I’ve lost count of the number of hats I’ve worn in order to get the job done. I’ve gone deep into all things human capital strategy, IT, leadership development, succession planning, rifs, brand management, core values, inclusion and diversity, mergers and acquisitions and more.  In an implementation crunch, I’ve used my own voice as the VOIP automated menu prompt in multiple languages. I’ve learned to code in a few mysterious legacy enterprise languages in order to be able to click “send” on a global communication. (I’m talking to you, CHET.) I’ve escorted Fortune 500 clients visiting from Japan to the Stanford Hospital waiting room. And I’ve handled childcare emergencies with my left hand while keeping broadcast PR interviews in motion with my right. 

Been there. Done that. Love it.   

Having lived in many cities within the US and abroad I now call St. Petersburg, Florida, home. My beloved English lab and I hit the pavement daily and my grown sons keep me on the move.
